• Deposit will be forfeited & non refundable if you cancel/reschedule in the 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
• If you do reschedule before the 48 hour mark, the deposit is only transferable once.
• Deposit will be forfeited, non refundable, & you will be charged 40% of the total session price if you cancel/reschedule In the 24 hours before your appointment time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, Your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged the 40% fee for same day cancellation. If you choose to reschedule you will be required to send a new deposit.
• If you are late & i can still take you, you will be charged a $50 late fee on top of session price.
• All no shows will be charged 100% of the remaining amount that they owe & deposit will be forfeited. (You are considered a no show if you are over 15 minutes late and have not contacted me saying that you are late)
• No extra guests or children
• If you have any previous brow work you must notify me! I cannot work on other peoples work unless it is 70% faded and I will need to see pictures of them prior to your appointment. All clients with previous work will be charged for a cover up/correction set.
APPOINTMENT PRE CARE
Avoid the following during
the 48 hours prior to your appointment:
• Caffeine
• Alcohol
• Advil, ibuprofen, Aspirin, etc…
• Vitamin E or fish oil
Avoid the following during the 4 weeks prior to your appointment:
• Botox
• Fillers
• Waxing or tinting
• Skin products including vitamin A, glycolic acids or any type of retinol.
Following pre care plays a huge part in how well your brows heal! we want to Prevent bleeding because bleeding pushes out the pigment and can cause them to not heal properly !!
CONTRAINDICATIONS
(reasons you would not be a good canidate for permanent makeup)
• Under 18
• Pregnant or nursing
• If you have any transmittable diseases (Hepatitis , HIV, etc…)
• On steroid medication or accutane
• If you have a current bacterial or viral infection
• Undergoing chemotherapy
• Any allergies to pigments
• On blood thinners
• Skin conditions on the site to be treated (eczema, psoriasis, etc…)
• Hemophiliac
• Diabetes (Doctors release required)
• High blood pressure
• Wound or acne on brow/lip area
• Prone to cold sores (lip blush clients only)
*** How well your brows heal depends heavily on how well you follow pre care & after care ***
• $25 deposit is required for any lash appointment booked. Deposit goes towards your total.
• Deposit is non refundable/transferable if you cancel/reschedule in the 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
• If you cancel/reschedule during the 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount you owe (regardless of your reasoning).
• If you cancel/reschedule/no show the same day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the remaining amount you.
• If you no show you are no longer welcomed to book with me.
• I have a 10 minute grace period. This means at that 10 minute mark If you aren't already inside my studio getting ready to lay down for your appointment (ex: your appointment is at 11:00am and you knock on my studio door at 11:10am) we will have to cancel/reschedule and you will be charged 100% of the remaining amount you owe regardless. Deposit will be forfeited meaning if you choose to reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Under some circumstances, if I do not have a super booked day, I may still be able to take you past the grace period but this does not mean I will extend your appointment time. I will just try to do what I can in the time we have left of your appointment duration. You will still be responsible to pay full appointment price.
• No foreign fills. If you have lashes from a previous tech, please book a removal on top of a full set.
• Must have 40% of lash extensions remaining in order to be considered a fill. Please book for a full set if not. If you are not sure if you still qualify for a fill please send me a photo of your lashes.
• Anything past 3 weeks is a full set.
• No extra guests.
• Please avoid caffeine before your appointment & try to use the restroom ahead of time.
These policies are put into place in order to keep my business running smoothly & to insure that nobody's time is being wasted!
